Very snowy pond, just-beginning-to-melt pond...

2-22-10 Still caught in the snowy throes of winter.


2-26-10 Is this the snowpocalpyse? Can't remember now. Still, this was a lot of snow. I opened the window for only a second to take this pic, and a ton of snow blew in. lol.


3-5-10 The sun finally emerges!


3-8-10 The pond is getting a little melty.


3-10-10 This morning...a teensy bit o' fog, a sunrise, and the snow is still holding on, but not for much longer, if the sun has its way.

I'd love having something like that to look at. More and more I'm getting tired of living in an apartment building. It grates on one's nerves after a while. I've been thinking that moving into a house might be a wonderful idea.

And just last weekend Bev asked if I would think about moving in when her son moves out. Hmmm...

I loved living in the apartment building, but this? This is like a fine wine compared to grape juice. I adore the view, and the house, and the privacy. SO MUCH. And I'm so glad to not have to deal with psychos upstairs. lol!

Love your pond pics!
Always picture you standing there...
The first time I saw them we hadn´t had snow at all, all winter.
Now it´s still white out at our place, although there are loads of flowers already peeking out.
Wish I´d had the chance to go skiing.
But lovely snow pics of lovely ponds from lovely friends makes up a lot!
