Predator vs. Shakespeare take two.

So someone posts this Predator fanfic to fanficrants completely by accident. It features two warriors named Eschte and Cthinde, who are angsting over their latest assignment. Next thing you know, me and another LJer end up slinging comments back and forth about the fic, and it just dissolves from there.

Today's thoughts.

My hand is really starting to hurt. I think I've damaged one of the tendons. It's hard for me to move it in certain ways. Argh! And I have so much physical work to do in the next two weeks. *sigh*

Am about to leave for what I am certain will be an appointment of craziness with a potential customer. I am not looking forward to this AT ALL. I don't relish moving all of that weight to show her, and then loading it back into the car, and then bringing it back into the apartment. My back hurts right now.

I would much rather lie in bed and eat chocolate, as it is that time.

Ah, enough whining.

Finally finished chapter 51 last night...oh, hooray, hooray. It really took forever because I had so much to do. I'm so glad it's over, and hopefully I will get 52 out of the way quickly so that I don't feel guilty when I'm in MN. 51 is extra long, though. And it was a bear. This one twist, I second guessed it over and over and over again, unsure whether it would fit in. And now I'm really just hoping that it will be well-received.

The Sycophant Hex reviewers seem to have slowed down. Only one girl is reviewing consistently. Then again, they may want to withhold until I start getting into the new stuff, because they're only at chapter 33 so far, and I've mentioned that it is at 51. I wouldn't want to review either, considering that my suggestions would be kind of useless, as the author has already progressed past them. I sound so review-obsessed. Well, I am. Heh.

I really need to wrap this up and go face my doom. First, though, ibuprofen calls me, and I must respond.
