I have finally caught up on the flist (mostly). I just have a few Riptide fics to read.
I've sorted some of the merchandise, and I'm going to start putting together everything I need to list. Should be fun.
Waiting for a delivery person. He called this morning, but I was so half-asleep I forgot to ask him if he was delivering the washer or both, so I don't know what we're receiving. Either way, I will be able to do laundry, as long as he actually shows up. *crosses fingers*
And today FIL is coming over to make cookies. In years past we always went to his house, and he baked cookies and we helped, and I assumed this was a holiday tradition for Husband. But when we called today and talked about it, FIL was surprised and asked what kind of cookies we wanted to make. LOL! So he's coming and bring cookie-baking equipment with him.
While the boys toil in the kitchen, I intend to drink hot chocolate, listen to Christmas carols, and put up the tree and trim it.
I'm sure that those of you who know me have slid from their computer seats and fallen down fainting to the floor.
I have some spirit this year! Who knew?
And Happy Hanukah to those who celebrate! *hugs*
