This morning I dreamt that I found a meme that would recommend the correct POV for any story. I pasted in tLS (all 120K) and it took one look at it and recommended Second Person Omniscient. I was all worried about how I'd have to rewrite it and how long it would take.

Upon awakening, I was quite relieved to realize that there isn't really a Second Person Omniscient POV and that I wouldn't have to rewrite it after all. (Well, there could be such a POV, but it would take some serious effort.)

The official color of the Second Person Omnisicient POV is yellow. Just in case you were wondering.

Fic written as if the reader was god? I can't help but feel that if it was done well it would have the potential to be significantly awesome. Or at least really trippy.

Which is pretty much the same thing.

and failed. Probably some English grad student. Though, it would be fun to try out different POVs in LJ. Maybe I'll go with 2nd Person omniscient first. *ponders*

It's interesting to see which problems your brain is trying to solve while you're sleeping! Writing something in Second Person Omniscient POV sounds like an intriguing challenge.

You know, I started something too. But it just didn't fit right, so I didn't finish it. I do have plans for what I wrote though. Another Snape/Tonks fic, of course.

I thought, I'll write a "sequel" of sorts to my Button challenge fic...it would have worked so nicely! After all, the character was an Auror, and I could invent lots of reasons for her to find Spinner's End.
