I was investigating how to mark an item as "paid" on the seller's end...found this page, which contains a typo:
To mark the item you sent as shipped:
1. Under the All Selling section in the My eBay Views column, lick the "Sold" link.
2. In the Items I've Sold section, click on the drop-down icon (small triangle) that is located under the Action column for the item you want to mark as shipped.
3. From the drop-down list, select Mark as Shipped.
I'm a bit too afraid of the possible static shock to try the first step, I think.
