In other news, the Massive Music Ripping Project is proceeding as planned. Nearly every CD I own has now been ripped. Though I have to say that I am sad that I can't find Van Morrison & the Chieftains: Irish Heartbeat. The MP3 player should be here this afternoon, and I am quite excited! No more lugging the poor, battered CD player from place to place.

Now I am beginning to wonder if I have exceeded 40 gig of music and will have to trim my collection to fit it in the player. I almost wonder if I need a player just for my Tori stuff...

I have to occasionally hack my music collection down to size too. I'm so bad about burning CDs when I buy or, uh, acquire music online!!!!!

I'm getting all sad now, because I have read the teensy Quick Start guide that comes with it, and I'm worried that I'm going to eat up lots of battery time by putting all of my music into it.
