I'm really getting excited about going.

Now I'm worried about two things, of course. First, that I won't be able to remember anything when I get there. Anyone who's chatted with me will testify to this. I can't remember the names of anything, so when I talk to people, the only thing I'll be able to do is say, hmm, I know the name, but I can't remember a single fic/art. Funny thing is, if I'm told the plot, I can remember it, no problem. It's just the names of things.

Second problem...er...can't remember what it was. No, wait! It's that I'll be a crazy fangurl and people will jump off hotel balconies to get away from me.

I found out about lumos kind of late and alas it comes in the summertime when I am out of work. *sigh* I have half a mind to go to vegas anyway on the bike to just meet people, but that is a hell of a long drive and I would have to leave like right now and I have commitments. ah well.

But I know what you mean about not being able to remember names, etc. You and I will probably meet and it might take me a while to go 'ahhh right..that's Valis.' Putting names to faces and all that good stuff is not my strong suit. So if I look at you like a daft cow, don't take offense as I'm trying to take everyone in. ;)

I'm horrible with names. Years in retail have shorted out completely my ability to put names with faces. I'll know that you're familiar, but I won't remember your name. Heh. So no offense at all! Because I'll be doing the same thing. *laughs*
