I had a great time. I helped my friend with her second book (it's non-fiction, crafty) and we did lots of fun things, and ate at many wonderful restaurants, and drank too much pomegranate liqueur.

Happy to be home, though. Going to Renfest on Sunday! Yay!

With an Excel spreadsheet, all color coded...it's rather amazing to behold! *laughs*

Darton will be out to you on Monday, UPS. I'll send you the tracking number as soon as I get it! :)

Welcome back. Have fun at Renfest! Ours doesn't come 'round until October I think we may try to go again this year.

Welcome home! I'm glad you had a good time.

I'm not sure if you remember, but I told you that I would let you know when I returned home from Hawaii. I have about 4 entries in my livejournal with pictures, and I plan to post more. The entries are lengthy, so you can just skip the scribblings and skim the pic if you'd like.

I've never had pomegranate liquor before. Is it overly sweet?

Welcome back! *hugs*

Would you mind to tell me more about that Excel spread sheet? I'm always interested in better organising myself.

Ours runs until the end of September. I definitely like the August weekends, though, because even though it is way too hot, most people don't realize that it's open in August, hence the crowds are much lighter.

Oh no! I never did put up my Hawaii summary, did I? So sorry about that. I think I only ever did the pictures.

I can't *wait* to read your summary!! Yay! I'm about a week behind, so I'll be slowly wandering through LJ and catching up...nearly done with Aug 20th at this point...whew.

Pomegranate liqueur is fabulous. It's not overly sweet; it's very rich, actually, and awesome.

I use a blank calendar format that I made myself (well, not like it's difficult). I then make a workbook containing several worksheets (each sheet corresponds to a new month), and as the years progress, I copy and paste the months and adjust the days.

Each worksheet is one month, and can be printed out on a single page. I use different colors for different things. Lavendar is for travelling, bright yellow is working the day job, and green is for shows.

I can email you a blank version if you like.

See, most calendar templates are not very useful for me, because I like separate lines in each "cube" so that I can write out different things, like two appointments. And also, most programs make Sat/Sun too small, or they put Sun after Sat, and for me Sat & Sun are very much working days, so it really causes problems. I need full size cubes for those days because I work so much on weekends.

I'll try to put up an entry with screencap of one of my months.

I saw the screencap in your next post, it's very neat. Yay for spreadsheets!

That's so true for me as well.

I can email you a blank version if you like.

That would be lovely. Thank you so much!
