Last of the woe

Well, for now.

I'm heading out the door in about 20 minutes. Still sick. I'm feeling a teeny bit better, but that will be erased by the time I'm through with today's marathon activities.

I can't believe I'm going to be gone for so long. 52 days is slightly longer than I've ever been gone before. I'm feeling a lot of things right now, fright, anxiety, excitement, fatigue...

It will be wonderful to see some familiar faces, people I've missed very much, but at the same time, I'm going to miss my little hobbit-hole so very, very much. I'm going to miss the online community, logging on and reading about your lives, and writing. I'm going to miss so many wonderful stories and pieces of art.

And then, when I do get home, I'll only be home for a minute before I run off to Phoenix Rising. Crazy, huh? I'm going to miss out on the planning stages for everything involved with the con.

I'll try to check in a few times. Usually I don't log into LJ while I'm gone from home, but this time I'm staying with multiple people who have internet access, and I'll try to keep you guys updated.

I'll be back on May 12th.

I already miss you all. *hugs*
