Date: 2006-12-18 04:35 pm (UTC)I'm horrible with mangling words as well. I don't think I learned the rules of pronunciation very well in school; I often mispronounce things. I know what the words mean, definitely, but it's hard to know how to say them sometimes! I totally sympathize with you.
That's a hilarious story, btw.
