I had to be coy about talking about the subject, because I was afraid that people would figure it out (especiallydark_cygnet, who knows of my love for the golden age of pirate movies). I crammed lots of fun into the fic, but wanted to keep it under 10K, so I had to drop some of the plot. I think it's all the better for it. I referenced the Black Swan, Captain Blood, and even a little PotC.
So if you're looking for some pirate Snupin, get thee to the story! It's NC-17, for some content at the end, just to let you know.
