blumsmile's place, and it's been so nice to talk with her and just enjoy her presence. Lifelong friends are rare, and I cherish her, and as always, I wish many times over that I could show her just how much I treasure her friendship.
Today I also met up withrexluscus, who is such a lovely person. I had a wonderful afternoon with her, with lovely conversations about art, practicality, and wondering what to do with life in general.
(On the way to meeting her, my windshield was struck with a rock, and now bears a giant, semi-circular set of cracks. Yes, by the time the trip is through, I will have to replace all of the passenger side body panels, both fenders, all four tires, the brakes, and now the windshield. sigh.)
