It's already begun.

Someone is on an old comm, posting a possible spoiler about DH.

Of course I read the title of the post, as I do with every post, and after I realized what it was...it was too late.

DAMN DAMN DAMN. If it turns out to be the truth I will be much angrier at having been spoiled than the truth itself.

This is why I put my old comms on moderated status, to avoid such nonsense. Damn. I am trying to convince my mind that this person really doesn't know, la la la, but grrr!

I got an email from an HP yahoo community that I joined but never really go to, saying that they were closing the community for four or five days, no posting at all, then would open it back up til the 24th and then massive spoiler space would be required.
I'm just going to have to be ultra careful for a few days so I don't accidentally see something I don't want to for those few days on LJ.
Whatever you read is probably bs anyhow, just someone thinking they're funny, stirring people up.

So many comms and groups really go that extra mile to make certain spoiler trolls are unable to spoil people, y'know? And then there are other comms where the trolls gleefully rampage. They seem to pick out old, stale comms and choose those, knowing that they're unlikely to have moderated posts.

I'm trying to be ultra careful, as well, simply because this is the laaaaaast book and I really want to go in as a blank slate.

I really hope that it's just a stupid troll prank, and has nothing to do with the truth. *crosses fingers* I'm going to try to pretend that I never read anything!!

Also, I keep trying to put together a response to your recent entry, and I just can't find the words. *hugs* I'm sorry, that's all I can think of to say! *hugs again*

Yeah, the whole thing left me rather speechless, too. It took me a long while to process it all. But I'll take the hugs! *hugs back*
