valis2...I will learn not to let the actions of a nasty few make me feel horrible.
I almost typed up the whole thing, but it just makes me more depressed to think about it, or even spend another ounce of energy trying to put it all into understandable prose. Suffice it to say that a customer of mine has been causing me serious trouble for months over a SINGLE PURCHASE (and not a very large one), and it still hasn't been resolved--and the purchase happened in May.
I'm starting to get rilly, rilly angry at her loony, stupid, and utterly irrational behavior.
