Someone just left me "neutral" feedback.
Again, they did not bother to contact me first. Yes, it was a new eBayer. I'm getting really pissed about this. I could easily have fixed it somehow, with a partial refund or something.
She was unhappy that things were broken. Even though the title included "SECONDS" and the description mentioned that every single item was damaged. Sad part? I always throw in a few things that are barely damaged, say, a little teeny chip or something. I always lose money on these lots, and to lose money and receive sad fb totally makes me crazy.
Hopefully my email to her about it won't piss her off.

Date: 2008-05-02 06:22 pm (UTC)I have a ton of broken stuff that is useful for certain crafters (a very tiny niche indeed), and I've been planning on auctioning it, but this scares me. I mean, some of the stuff in the lot was quite usable. Ugh.
Thanks for always being sympathetic to my eBay woes...
