Calling all doppelgangers

I want a second me to keep tabs on my eBay listings.

I want a second me to read all the fanfic I might be interested in and point me to the good ones.

I want a second me to tackle that pile of unread books in the bedroom.

I want a second me to clean the bedroom. And the rest of the apartment.

I want a second me to figure out how to photograph my crafty stuff perfectly and pass on the knowledge.

I want a second me to organize all of the clothing I have that's earmarked for sale on eBay.

I want a second me to drive all around the country and do shows so that I can stay home.

Unfortunately, I have a feeling that the second me would want me to do all these things, and I'd be back to square one. I can't even count on my make-believe twin...how sad is that?

If Multiplicity taught us anything, it's that every new copy of ourselves has a different personality and grows increasingly stupider than the last. So while I understand why the idea is appealing, I fear that you'd find that the new multiples of yourself would not hold the same interests that you do, and they'd be less capable than you at taking care of those interests!

But I do share your frustration with not enough time + energy to accomplish all that you need/want to in the day. :D

ahahaha! I totally forgot about that movie. Valis #23958762 would just sit in the corner and lick the walls. lol!!!

And right now I really do wish I had clones...my to-do list is insane. *tries not to look at it*
