Wednesday:

Wizard Wrock (I had to check it out eventually, heh)

Thursday:

7-9 pm: Arrival Dinner

8 pm+: Severus Wake at the pub in the Hilton

Midnight: CoS movie

Friday:

During the day: Programming

Also, I think there's a Snupin meeting...waiting to hear more from drusillas_rain. ETA: 10:30 am, Caribou Coffee on 41 E 8th St. Awesome! Thanks, r_grayjoy!

7:30 pm: Snarry meetup

Midnight: PoA movie

Saturday:

During the day: Programming

8 pm: Author/Artist night

Midnight: GoF movie

Sunday:

During the day: Programming and going absolutely insane with excitement/nerves about our presentation

3 pm: The presentation that gmonkey42 and I have put together: Snape's Mary Sues: A Visual Guide for Identifying and Understanding Mary Sues Paired with Snape

4 pm: Thank goodness our presentation does not coincide with unsymbolic's Fandom Wank presentation!

8 pm: Bon Voyage Ball

Midnight: OotP movie

Monday:

8-10 am: Departure Breakfast

I'm in on Wednesday, but I have Weds evening plans (there is a slashers reading event offsite and mechaieh is reading something (details, in case you're interested)). Any interest in the Art museum on Thursday morning? Or something else Thursday?

I was going to RSVP for that, but then I realized that the Wrock stuff is that night, and I bought a ticket already. :(

I wanted to experience Wrock at least once.

And Thursday is wide open--I'd love to do something!! That would be fabulous!!!

I think you will have fun with Wrock. The only reason I'm not going is that I kind of feel like I had one great experience with it (in New Orleans) and I don't want to give any other concerts a chance to not live up to that (I'm weird, I know). Make sure you see the Whomping Willows - that guy is my favorite.
