Happy Birthday to a brilliant writer and artist! You are one of my favorite people on LJ, and I miss you quite a bit. Your illustrations are incredible. Your style is so unique and fascinating, and I'm so honored beyond belief to look at two of your pieces (above my computer) every day. You are funny, droll, and sharp as a knife. I'm so happy to have met you and read your amazing work. *hugs* I hope your day is great!

Date: 2008-10-31 02:56 am (UTC)It was a pretty good birthday, all things considered--Severus himself sent me a surprise gift (I dare not think how), delivered straight to my door by an obscure Muggle who announced "Happy Birthday", before placing the black-wrapped, black-ribboned box into my hands.
Attached to the ribbon was a little silver card with "S" inked on the inside.
Inside the box? Potions.
