I was thinking of you earlier today, and wondering how you were doing. Last night I dreamt that for some incredibly bizarre reason you couldn't get a loan and were really depressed over it. So I got all Hermione-knows-everything and proceeded to lecture you on how entering into a lease option would be the best and most logical course of action.
We could have done a rent-to-own, but I am very happy for MANY reasons that we have bought it outright, even though it means a LOT more financial stress. Seriously. One night when you want to chat, ping me and I'll tell you the details.
