I just did it. I de-friended a few people. I feel quite guilty, but to be honest.
I de-friended because of several reasons:
a) I never received comments from them
b) They never friended me back
c) I rarely commented in their journals
or
d) we had little in common, which I discovered now.
To those I de-friended: I am sorry, truly I am, and I hope you aren't offended. It doesn't mean I don't like you!

Date: 2005-02-22 09:46 pm (UTC)It was worth it purely for the extra AR moments alone! I haven't watched much else on it yet, but the added scenes are put right in the movie...and you'll notice.
I believe there is extra bits with Music, music videos, trailers, cast listings...um...a making of...pretty much the normal bits and bobs.
But I must say...they just handed AR a script and said...Go...Have Fun! And boy, did he!

Date: 2005-02-23 01:50 am (UTC)Apparently they offered this part to Alan THREE times before he accepted it.
He finally agreed IF he could have some room to mess about with the character and script to play him the way he wanted.
Also the screenings of the film all said that AR stole the film from Costner with his performance, and thats why so much of ARs performance was removed from the final cut-guess Costner didn't like our boy getting all the attention :)
