I'm back home for the month...and sick. Sinus infection of doom. This weekend I'll be doing nothing except vegetating on the couch, watching movies, and sorting merchandise.

I missed LJ while I was gone. The show was awful. Being sick did not make it any better.

I am so surprised and delighted that quirkyhpshorts is still up and running, and even has new entries! Thanks to everyone who joined the community, posted entries, commented, or even looked at it. I really appreciate it. I'm going to advertise it now that it has twenty members. I hope it'll look attractive---I'm so glad people are participating!

I'll be home for five days straight. I can't wait to write the next chapters.

Ohhh. Sinus infection of doom! Bet that hurts like a bitch. *hands over your antibiotics*. Poor thing.:(

My brother is prone to sinus infections. We all used to darken the room and shine a torch up his nose in order to see the blockage. Gross, but fun in a sick kind of way.

Ha! Never heard of doing that before.

On a scale of one to ten, ten being the worst infection I've ever had, the actual infection would probably only merit a three. But the fallout from the infection is what makes me sad...you know, the "I don't feel like eating because of the drainage", "My stomach is queasy from the drainage", "I don't seem to be able to draw in all the air I need through my nose and must be a cursed mouth-breather"...

Hey, I thought of you...one of the Snape/Black sites is having a Crossover Challenge, and one of the challenges is a Mummy crossover. I'll be keeping an eye on that...
