Well.

I was supposed to leave for WI tomorrow, but now I'm not leaving until Saturday. (Friend is ill, my back is a little wonky, and I'm still behind in my show preparation.)

This means I have all sorts of time on my hands for eBay, Etsy, show prep...and the Giant Scary Fic. I am so excited! It would be so awesome if I finished it before I left. Even if I don't finish the Final Closeup Rereading and Revision, it would still be so lovely to have it on track for beginning to post it on October 12th. (And isn't it interesting that the first Riptide fanfic I posted was on October 9th of last year? It feels so deliciously full circle.)

Wow, that's such good news! Except for the sick friend and wonky back and all that. But it's good that all those things aren't adding up to total disaster.:)

Oh, definitely! And more time at home means MOAR STUFF DONE omg I am so excited!

In fact, I'm going to bring up the doc right now and start perusing it.

This morning I wrote a whole section of it in my head--another one of those moments where I wish I had a mental dictation device...

Aw, thank you! I'm still slogging forward. I didn't get a lot accomplished last night, but I've thought of some good stuff this morning, and I have time (yay!) to write now.

Aw! If I had been there the whole week, I could have come out for a mini-trip between Fri & Sat, but since I'm coming up late on Sat, I don't know if it'll work out. I have a show on Sun and then we're going to be power-writing her new book. :(

I'll let you know, though, if it looks like I'll have some time. *giant hugs*
