valis2Husband took the modem with him to class, so I haven't been able to get on until about an hour ago. Anyway, I'm home, mostly, for a few months, and I have two shows back to back this weekend, and I brainstormed about the final segment of the Giant Scary Riptide Fic, and I'm just so...pulled in 923456824 directions. I have some new merch, and lots of work to do.
And I can't wait to write the last bit of the GSRF. Seriously.
I think I will be ready to post the first part on Monday. I can't even believe it. I only have to finish a longish scene, and then a short epilogue, and then, and then--the end. I hope to get a chunk of it done tomorrow, at the very least. I've worked most of it out in my head, which is usually the best way for me to get ready to write something.
Hope things are going well for you, flist!

And yes, a lot happens when you're away-- I've changed my name on here, AND I'm changing my entire theme, slowly but surely (note new header, and new FO banner on my initial post to my LJ.) The whole thing is gonna be 'Ghost Hunters'/Granttastic angst galore!!!

Have just written another 300 words or so. Almost done with this scene, then there's a longish scene and the epilogue, and if the creek don't rise I'll have it done tonight, or at least by Monday, I hope I hope I hope.
