The woman who wanted the refund?

Just now emailed me...because she realized that the second item she wanted a refund for? The one I couldn't figure out what it was?

Was not something she ordered from me.

So I took off something she did order and gave her a refund for it. It was the closest thing to it and the same price. grah.

I give up. I'm going to bed. I'm tired and cranky as hell.

Well, she got what she paid for. It's not like you shorted her. And it's her fault for being a dumbass.

I wouldn't offer to do another special ship for her. Just see if she complains first before emailing her again. Perhaps she'll place another order in the future.

Yeah, you're right, she got exactly what she paid for. And I went with the same strategy you suggest; I apologized for the inconvenience, but didn't offer to send out the item. I mean, she hasn't paid for it, technically. I'll just wait to see what she wants to do.
