Sometimes I hate eBay so much. Sometimes I hate being held hostage by people who cannot tell the difference between glass and plastic. I hate it so much I could scream.

The customer in question did leave positive fb, with a lovely passive-aggressive note saying that the item was plastic. Even though it really was glass. grah.

Did the auction state it was plastic? If so, I'd put a comment under her feedback stating that "Auction clearly stated that the item was plastic." I'd add THIS ITEM IS PLASTIC several times in your auction descriptions too.

But at least she left positive feedback. People only scan for negatives anyway.

The item is glass, actually, and it makes me so mad when people think otherwise. wah! And I do describe it as glass in the auction.
