So the Archive is gone.

Okay, I'm just a few months out of date here, lol.
I've put up one fic at AO3; nice interface! I'm sure that once I use it a little more, I'll be fast as lightning and it'll all go up relatively quickly. Very cool. I especially love that for chaptered works, I don't have to put in the header info over and over again.
And I was looking at some fic that's there (er, not mine), and it looks like people are actually reading stuff there. Awesome! I'm excited. It's great to have this archive pick up where the Archive left off--you know, a place I can store all of my fanfic from every fandom.
Now, if it could just deliver chai whenever I wanted...

Date: 2010-03-11 11:08 am (UTC)I LOVE that I can freaking edit submissions once they're posted, and not have to delete the arsing thing or replace it with an updated file.
I did use Firefox's Stylish to tweak the site's CSS a little (I find sans-serif a little hard on the eyes as far as reading entire fics), but otherwise, yaaaaay. There are so many things about it that I like.

Date: 2010-03-12 01:23 am (UTC)<-- Has been doing exactly that. I've been using the original publish date (and/or finish date if I don't have a publish date) for each fic, so I can upload whatever I want and still have it come out "right. =D

Date: 2010-03-12 10:27 am (UTC)I don't know anything about the old one, but I do like AO3 and find it very easy to use. I've posted 45 works so far; not much in the way of word count yet (you know me), but I'm excited to see it growing. :)

Date: 2010-03-12 04:27 pm (UTC)I'm having loads of fun uploading stuff. I love to reread my own work, and I like to organize things. Plus, this is so much easier than the interface for so many archives.
I'll have to find you there and <3 you!
