valis2Yesterday was a good day. 2700 words. A bunch of clothing up on eBay. Snuggles with Husband.
I got into such a typing-out-words mode. It was great. And the best part? This morning, when I reread the last bit, which should technically be the most incoherent part--well, it was actually...delicious. Um, most likely it's because I'm stupendously biased, and most likely 99% of the readers (which, given that there are fewer than 100 readers, means that this only pertains to someone's toe) will not find it any more interesting than any other scene in the story. But I like it and I will go back and read it over and over again like the big dork that I am.
Today was nice. I had to go into work unexpectedly, but this means that I am taking off Thursday in retalliation. And tonight, I shall be listing lovely new things and listening to music and, dare I hope, typing out words. squee!
