I was going to

talk about how happy I am to be home. And I am.
But I am actually going to talk about how frustrated I am about my phone situation. When I bought the phone, it came with a microSD card and a cable. Somehow the cable got thrown away, so I haven't been able to transfer my photos. (I've looked for the cable for nearly two years and I've just now given up.) I even tried to buy a new one, but the guy at Best Buy just laughed. Even though my phone is only barely over two years old, it's apparently obsolete.
So then I tried using the Bluetooth on it to download the photos to my laptop. Nope, needs a Bluetooth adapter on the computer.
Now that I'm home, I decided to try my new computer. My new computer apparently isn't Bluetooth enabled either.
So I decided to look for the phone's microSD card. Because the new computer has a port for a microSD card, as long as you have a converter! Yay, right? And I found the card on the first try, and it was packaged with a converter.
I inserted the card into the phone. After much checking and many attempts, I am just sitting here growling. Why? It doesn't work.
GRAH!
I am never going to be able to get the photos out of this phone.
Anyway, glad to be home. Missed you all!!
ETA: Finally! I used the new computer to format the card, and then the phone accepted it. For some reason, the phone just would NOT format the card. All your pictures are belong to us!
