Frenzied activity

I have five hours.

I have to clean the house, craft some items, wrap gifts, and try not to lose my sanity. Today we go over to my sister's house for Christmas Eve, and then afterward my parents will come back to my place, and we will be hosting them until Tuesday. Which means tomorrow we will cook Christmas dinner (with a capon, yum (the capon will not be helping us cook, he will be dinner)), and Sunday there is post-Christmas brunch, and then Monday we will all eat leftovers and spend the rest of the time napping on any available furniture.

I am very much looking forward to this, but first I need to get through the next five hours. Husband and I did do some preliminary cleaning (thank goodness) last weekend, but much still needs to be done. Most of the house is okay, but the office is kind of a disaster, and because everyone likes to sit in here (the wireless signal reaches best in here, and we all sit with our laptops, lol), I need to dust and move stuff and clean off the table and desks. The vacuuming is done, but everything else remains. And I have to clean the bathrooms. Plus, there is still dusting in the bedrooms.

Hopefully I'll still have time left over to finish the wrapping of the gifts, and the crafting of the last few items. eek!
