Today, a day of progress.

I actually did a spot of cleaning, and took back all of the returnables, and purchased lots of health/beauty supplies (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.). Of course, when I got to the register I promptly forgot to give the cashier my vouchers from the returnables. D'oh!

I rushed home, thinking bob_the_mighty might be here, but, alas, he was not.

So I put some things away, like receipts. I keep nearly every receipt. I don't know why. Perhaps I think that I'm going to make a giant spread sheet of doom one day with them. Not likely, honestly. But I can't just throw them out. The registers spent so much time lovingly itemizing everything.

Anyway, I did no writing at all for tLS, which bums me out.

I did get a healthy start on my one-year-anniversary entry! More than a start...I wrote something nice about everybody! Now I just need to keep adding to it.

Last time I did this, I remember people commenting, and then after I re-read it I realized that I should have said a lot more about everybody, damnit. So this time I'm going to keep it on the back burner for two days, even though I could technically present it today as "done". So on Weds, my actual LJ anniversary date, it should be pretty happy and even more full of complimentary feelings (in theory). So I feel very accomplished. It took a few hours (83 mutual friends...83 compliments!) and now I feel all glow-y. I'm on track for once. Too bad it isn't more fanfic, cleaning, or crafting, all of which I need to do. Heh.

Every time I see my new sub-name (Bring me your blah blah blah) I panic for a split second because I think I've accidentally pulled up someone else's journal.

I have a Mountain of Boxes in the living room, consisting of Things I Need to Sell on EBay Oh Please Someone Buy Them. I just can't bear to toss the stuff...there's already enough stuff in landfills...
