valis2Went shopping to Best Buy, and then stopped at World Market. Because chocolate. Yep.
On the way out, two guys were walking out in front of me. They were talking to each other rather loudly and exuberantly about having purchased wine. And then I realized that they had parked next to me, and one guy was unintentionally blocking me from getting into my car. He realized this rather suddenly and moved a few steps in a rather comic manner (also unintentional), still shouting loudly to his friend about how they had purchased a wine called Fat Bastard.
He says once more, very loudly, "I just bought three bottles of Fat Bastard wine!"
Well, I had bitten my tongue twice, but could do so no longer.
I laughed and said, "It sounds like you sampled quite a bit as well!"
It actually went right over his head. He started to explain that it was for his mail lady. And then he got it, and doubled over in laughter.
