You know, that time I had you over for dinner with me and my husband was the first time I'd used that recipe for chicken cacciatore. I just had to make it because Mom used Riesling to cook with, and I learned from her. ;)

It was pretty amusing when the pan caught on fire, too. We all laughed, and then had another bottle of Riesling, so it was worth it. ;)

I wasn't too amused at the time, but we were about to move out of that tiny old apartment anyway. I'm so much happier in our quaint house in the country with the amazing DSL line and five acres of woods and gardens that still manages to be near to a convenient supermarket and high paying job.

... That was too far fetched, wasn't it? ;) Well, if I ever do get one of those, I'll have to invite you over and avoid setting the pans aflame.
