I am not going to use the US Postal Service's Global Express system to deliver a package there, when regular First Class will do.

Just because you are apparently bewildered by them does not mean that they are a foreign country.

I seem to remember people in Colorado never having been to Rocky Mountain National Park - I never understood that mindset. Must be related to those wondrous folks at Ebay who believe that Tampa is so far away - probably the same folks who give ground service as an option to send a package to Hawaii!!
