Turns out the customer from Japan? Is the same customer I had before who was such a problem. She's just changed her ID.

She's paid, though, thank goodness...and she did not ask for any additional merchandise, so I am just going to package it very, very well and hope for the best.

I can only cross my fingers and hope that she doesn't try to claim that things were broken.
I'm still trying to understand why she's using a new ID...the old one had 100% positive feedback.
