I was a washed out punk witch drummer from the Hobgoblins, Stubby Boardman's backup band, and my character's name is Stella Amethyst. 600 safety pins, various rivets and chains, electrical tape, four Sharpie markers, and a blue wig later:

Y'know, when I was walking around in it, nobody recognized me (as valis) at ALL. I even talked to a woman I had been sitting next to earlier in the day, and she totally didn't realize it was me! ha!

I think it's the blue hair... *g* I guess changing your hair and covering your eyes does make it quite hard to recognise someone but it's a FAB costume.

I'm slightly alarmed by what Umbridge might be about to do to your squid.

Yes, that was Shae! She only dressed as Molly for part of the day, so I count myself incredibly lucky that I caught her on film, so to speak.
