Two eBay questions today. One about international shipping...very common.

Second one was, "How many pieces?"

I double-checked the listing. Sometimes I do forget to type that information in the description.

Sure enough, not only does the picture show exactly how many, but the listing also contains the number of items involved.

oooh! I'm about to watch the "new episode" at 9 EST. I can't wait!

Oh noes--I just realized that the 8 episode was one I hadn't seen! Damn!

I can't even believe that I'm this geeked for it, honestly. I watched a rerun today, and I think my favorite episode so far is still the episode with the album cover photo shoot.

The cover that Brandi and Heather came up with was so cracked out it was hilarious.

This one will be your new favorite! (They also show the new one at 11am.)

Oh man, you missed last week??? That would have been your favorite before this one! Do you want me to spoil you for it?

I'm insane...I did watch it. haha!

I am LOVING this episode, it's the best EVAH!!! I can't believe the parents so far.

Is it just me, or does Bret revolve nearly everything around a meal?

And I'm glad Brandi's gone...I am so sick of the "letting down/not letting down my guard" stuff.

Yeah, Bret went out to eat twice then ate dinner at the house. But he's diabetic so maybe he needs to eat often, or something.

I actually really liked Brandi up until last week when she started in with all the bizarre "guard" stuff.

Aaaand now Lacey's gone, I'm absolutely shocked! I thought that the producers would have kept her until the bitter end, you know, to keep the formula going. I'm really in shock.

Brandi was hilarious!

bwahahaha!

oh, that was priceless.

I love that it's a 4:30 video, and 1:00 of it is devoted to the credits, and papa's funding. hahahaha!!

Thank you so much for sharing, I am much amused.

(Also, I loved the shot at the end where she is surrounded by people--wtf? are they adoring her? That was hilarious.)

THANK YOU FOR SHARING.

hahaha!!

I had to sit through the Lacey video, so you have to sit through maudlin HP con images. Fair's fair.

Okay, okay, I admit it, mine was crueler, by far.

Re Ebay- is it reasonable for a vendor to not ship an item for week or more after purchase? I paid the same day and have yet to receive it- other items sent from US aug 31 and Sept 4th have arrived- I paid for the item Aug 31. I emailed and she say's it has been sent- we'll see.

It depends on the shipping service. If it's USPS parcel post, it can take up to 9 days, for example.

Every time I've been contacted by a seller, the package has shown up eventually--usually there's a slow service in there somewhere.

You might also want to get the exact date that it was shipped. For example, I generally only ship on Mondays and Fridays. If I am paid for something on Monday evening, it might not go out until Friday.

I give my students instructions verbally. I write them on the blackboard. I repeat them, to the rolling of their eyes. I warn them, not done as required = mark of 0. More rolling of eyes.

First assigment handed in: class average 42,5%

Why? Out of a class of 30, 16 got 0. Not done as required.

hhahaha!

Well, there you go. Both written and visual instructions get ignored. Astonishing!
