I was doing that Visited States thing

until I realized that the only states I haven't visited are Alaska, Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire.

Seems a waste to generate a big red map just for that.

In other news, the dogs upstairs (little yappy things) will NOT STOP BARKING. Two hours straight. The kind of panicky-someone's-near-the-window barking that makes me crazy.

Their owner is a nurse who is gone for twelve hour shifts, so there is not likely to be a cease fire until tonight when she gets home after midnight.

If she's nice then she will buy an anti-barking collar for the small dog and hopefully the older dog won't bark if the little dog stops. Seriously...you were there before her and it's not fair for you to have to listen to barking dogs all day long. Most cities have ordinances against it.

I'm definitely going to talk to her--I don't want to go to bed with a headache every night!

Plus, as you know, I work from home, which makes it even more irritating. :(
