Back from Terminus

Was waaaaay tired because I slept till noon. Still not feeling 100% well. I started getting sick the first day or so of the con.

I'm hoping that the hotel room stuff is all sorted out and that the hotel did not give gmonkey42 a hard time about anything having to do with my portion of the room/parking.

Am missing everyone mightily. Wishing I had talked more, danced more, seen more. That will never change. Also regretting stupid comments made by myself, and regretting my tendency to constantly interrupt.

Still, was an amazing time overall.

I am editing the pics as we speak, and there are more than I remembered taking. I'm really crushed because a couple of the great costumes ended up blurry...wtf, camera?!

Had all sorts of wacky dreams this morning. Including a dream about the con. And a dream about bronze_ribbons and atdt1991. Ribbons was this superagent who could swim like a fish and ended up climbing telephone poles in a lake. Atdt was on his small yacht, mournfully mourning some sort of thing you would mourn about, and pointing out the parrotfish to me. Then Ribbons liberated something from the top of the telephone pole and it turned out to be a piece of paper folded into quarters that revealed that Atdt was actually Russian. There's a lot more but it's even more incoherent so I'll spare you all.

OMG, I can totally see Ribbons as a superagent. Under that sultry red dress she wore to the ball, was there a stiletto concealed? :D

She was totally wearing this slinky black one-piece catsuit with a high-necked collar and she had these really cool little metal spikes that came out of her swim fins so she could scale the telephone poles. She was totally awesome. Just like real life!

I'm SO relieved--honestly, I had no idea what to expect. It sounds like they were pretty grumpy about the con as a whole.
