I hate it when I lose things.

I've lost my cell phone. Really, really lost it for the first time ever in four years. If it fell out of my bag somewhere outdoors then it's ruined and no one will find it in the slush. I am so bummed. Awful timing, because I'm leaving in eight days for WI, and I'll be gone for a month, so I'll have to get a new phone ASAP.

I have paranoias about that exact thing!! I nearly put Mine into the wash once as it was in the pocket of a pair of trousers that I was putting in the washing machine!! Luckily I realised and took it out in time!

Hey, thanks! Me too. I think I may have left it in the desk drawer at work. It's the very first time I've ever taken it out of my bag at work and put it someplace else, which explains why I didn't think about that as a possibility at first.

Y'know, I've tried to make it to see the Dodds the last two years, but I have no car there myself, and I would not want to ask them to try to drive through the insane mess that is the show parking lot. So I didn't suggest it this year, and neither did they, which is a good thing.

I hope it turns up! That is a mega pain - they're so expensive! Plus you have to put in all your contact numbers again. My husband once ran over his mobile with the car if you can believe that! It must have fallen out of his pocket when he got in and there was a slight bump when he drove away, resulting in a slightly squashed phone!
