Change of hair

So, random stuff for today. My sister let me know that I had left my phone in my desk. This was the first time in four years that I took my phone out of my bag and put it someplace else, which is why I hadn't remembered it. Thank goodness, because I was feeling very guilty while thinking my poor phone was in some pile of slush.

Went and got a haircut today. I have not had a real haircut since 1989. I had a trim in 1993, but it was just a half-inch. So I thought it was time to do something new. So I had nine inches cut off and got a perm.

For those of you who haven't met me, I definitely have Mary Sue hair. It is long, brown, with two slight honey-blonde streaks in the front. No lie. I told you it was Mary Sue hair. There are pictures under the cut. Keep in mind that the other picture was taken only minutes ago, and that this is much curlier than it will be after I have washed it in another couple days. So far, I'm kind of excited. Please forgive the quality of the pics though.

Can't remember what else I was going to mention, so I'll post another entry later tonight when I do remember.

It really does feel weird to make this change. My hair is curly now. I feel strange.

I almost feel like I should have had more cut off, but I'll have to wait and see what it looks like after the washing and relaxing.

It is a lot less curly now that I've washed it...I'll have to put another picture up at some point.
