I'm leaving for WI, and then IL for a day, and I'll be back late Sunday night.

I've finally finished posting the parts for the Riptide fic at the Riptide comm, and I'm loling because (upon rereading) I think I lost people right around part four (out of six). Thing is, I've never really gone all-out with my h/c obsession in a fic before, and I was wondering about the reaction...I think I may have laid on the h/c a bit too thick. The way I like it, but probably too unrealistic and silly for most...hee!

Anyway, will miss you all, m'friends, and see you next week. *hugs*

I always think, if you love your own story, you've done it right :) I mean, writing stuff primarily for others to enjoy is all very well if you have a book contract, you know? But here? Write for yourself and if others don't like it, well, they don't have to read it.

I certainly enjoyed your fic, babe, and I'm sure the other fen did too. Keep writing! Looking forward to seeing lots more lovely stories from you. *hugs*

I'm glad you guys enjoyed it--and I know that I'll definitely be rereading it...multiple times. lol! I finally have a h/c fic that punches all of my peculiar buttons. *giggles*
