I have finished De-friending #1. And I feel awful.

I just want to apologize to those de-friended. I hope you understand that it is nothing personal; it is because of the reasons I listed in the last post.

I'm just not able to create friends filters and use them to cut out some of the people on the list. I de-friend; I think it's better for me to finish it than have people friended who don't realize that you're not even reading their journal.

I just feel so mean, like I'm a school bully or something. *sigh* Sorry for the melodrama, everybody.

I hate defriending people, it's never easy. Truth be told, I could do with defriending a few I have nothing in common with, but don't like to, especially since I made my LJ friends only. For all I know, they might love reading it, and I'd hate to upset anyone. Friends filters are a good idea in theory but I never use them, because what if someone had something really eventful happen to them, especially if it was bad, and I didn't see it to comment on? I could unwittingly cause great offence. Ah, it's a minefield!
