Nothing of interest

The show was not as hopping as I would have liked, and I wonder if I'll do it again. These days, the shows keep drying up on my schedule. How ironic is it that I moved nearly 4,000 pounds (I am not exaggerating) over the weekend, and yet I put my back out while stepping out of the shower and toweling off my knee? Time for the ibuprofen and heat packs. I hope it gets better by Thursday--I have another show over the weekend!

I'm cringing about reading the flist--I'm so incredibly bummed that I missed Azkatraz.

I am happy, though, that the writing mojo is swirling in my head and I think (if I have time) I'll be able to write more of the giant Scary Riptide Fic. I have, in fact, hit 46k (just before I left), so I'm feel extremely positive about it. I still have lots of notes about where it's going, and I think I have a decent ending put together.

Also, on another happy note, eBay and Etsy were pretty active, which is very nice, and even better, they were active even though I wasn't there for days and didn't list anything new. Both shops are looking rather sparse. I know what I'm doing today, lol.

And on the happiest note of all, I might get to hang out with lady_branwyn rather soon. Huzzah! I love seeing flist friends, y'know?

Nah, nothing so fun--merely the teeny show up north near my parents' house. It will be lovely to see my parental units, though. *nodnod*

Will you ever get back to swirling ideas around for The Last Sanguimagus? I would hate to see such an innovative story be left like that, and eve if it takes years to complete, knowing it might be finished someday would be a nice little glimmer of hope.

I really want to end it, and end it well. I have a (I think) great ending all worked out in my head, and a great beta, and I just keep hoping that I'll get a burst of energy and just go for it.

I think I can curtail it quite a bit and still retain the story's structure and still pack a wallop. I have thought of a story device to let me do that, and I really hope that I'll feel the mojo for tLS, and soon.

Also, hope your back heals soon. Hell, I'm the type that emerges unscathed from a car accident then breaks a toe by stubbing it on a doorframe, so I feel your pain. -_- It always seems to be the ridiculous things that cause injuries, isn't it.

Lakeview Cemetery is about a 30 minute drive from my house. It even has a dead president (McKinley).
Edit--wrong dead president. Garfield's monument is in Lakeview.
