The woman who wanted the refund?

Just now emailed me...because she realized that the second item she wanted a refund for? The one I couldn't figure out what it was?

Was not something she ordered from me.

So I took off something she did order and gave her a refund for it. It was the closest thing to it and the same price. grah.

I give up. I'm going to bed. I'm tired and cranky as hell.

Oh yes, a total PITA. I just hope that she doesn't get worse--I am frightened as hell about what happens when she actually receives the merchandise.
