The woman who wanted the refund?

Just now emailed me...because she realized that the second item she wanted a refund for? The one I couldn't figure out what it was?

Was not something she ordered from me.

So I took off something she did order and gave her a refund for it. It was the closest thing to it and the same price. grah.

I give up. I'm going to bed. I'm tired and cranky as hell.

Well, the wording would be "this has already been transferred to our logistics department. We are sorry it cannot be revoked at this point in time". *g* I often get messages from professional sellers that say "It's been given to logistics" and a few days later I read "we're shipping it today". In large organizations that's quite common. Nobody knows your are just you :)

If it were me I couldn't even refund through paypal. I have a free account that can handle invoices only and not receive money, neither from my account nor from anyone else's. Oh well.
