Rainy morning, blah blah blah

So I came home super late Monday night (well, early yesterday morning), and I was all excited about my new washer and dryer, only there was a message on the answering machine that Husband didn't notice telling us that the dryer had not come in and they would not be delivering them on Tuesday. I called and sorted it all out for a Saturday delivery instead, because I was already scheduled to work Weds-Fri and at this time of year I can't take any days off.

The thing is, Husband was so enthused about the new machines that he had dragged the old washer all the way into the front yard. So I have no way of washing clothes until Saturday. Yep. I am going to be wearing some strange outfits to work, that's for certain.

I bought a bunch of merchandise while in WI, and I'm going to be scrambling to get it ready. I almost don't want to because my Monday night auctions were absolutely horrible. I'm starting to get really unhappy with my eBay auctions. The eBay store seems to still do well, but the auctions are not performing. Etsy is doing...okay, I guess. I just really need to get my nose to the grindstone and get the new stuff going. But seriously. Disheartening.

This is the time of year at work that I love. I am insanely busy putting together data for a big project, and there's a time crunch, and I really love this work so much. It's tedious and repetitive and lovely beyond belief. I can listen to music and sometimes I can daydream about stories while doing it. Wish I weren't so damned tired.

Almost caught up on the flist. whew.
