Pond pics...now with snow

12-14-09 The pond looked really beautiful with its first coat of snow, but sadly I couldn't capture it because by the time I got home at night it was too dark. So here it is after a few days had passed.


12-18-09 New snow fell at some point.


12-19-09 How it looked this morning.


I don't know if you can tell or not, but it started snowing just a minute ago, so I had to take another.

Hee, I hope nobody accidentally steps on it. Happened to a visitor at my company once. Everything was under a foot of snow. He walked down the steps, didn't know there was a fish pond at the bottom and when he tried to get up the steps on the other side he walked right into it. It isn't deep but in winter it's pretty cold.
