Some of you might remember that at one of the HP conventions, gmonkey42 and I put together a Snape and his Mary Sues presentation. In order to put the presentation together, we had to read a bunch of HP fanfics featuring Sues who were paired with Snape. The other night, I was scribbling notes on scrap paper, and realized that the paper in question was from a printout of the spreadsheet that we built to house the data. And then I started laughing at the quote, and I thought that we really should share the profiles because they're just too much fun not to. So here's the first. I'll try posting them every so often.

• Name of Sue: Serina Torrington


• Eye color: Twinkly sapphire blue eyes


• Hair color: Black bouncy curly hair, shoulder length


• Other: Soft, sultry voice


• Curves in all the right places: "Shapely form"


• Exchange student or DADA professor?: No


• Outcast or beloved: Beloved, I think


• Further education: Double major in Potions/Muggle Studies


• Past relationships: Guy who was killed by DEs


• House: Ravenclaw


• Related to canon character: Lucius's favorite cousin


• Unique magic ability: Receives unicorn-transferred energy, meant to kill LV. Ends up with super-powerful Legilimency. Sends special healing spell to Severus during a DE meeting. Can "send" telepathic messages to everyone she wants.


• Wandless magic: Hells yes


• Special pet: Forbidden Forest unicorn named Starlight shows up and speaks to her telepathically


• Special possession: Rock that is imbued with Snape's lifeforce, and glows to let people know he's all right.


• Moment of totally overblown temper?: Yes


• Totally uncharacteristic Snape moments: Chapter one: Snape allows her to brew in his lab, and offers to imbibe first potion she makes.
  Chapter two: Snape apologizes for being gruff with her.
  Chapter three: She knows about the Shrieking Shack incident (even though she wasn't attending Hogwarts at the time, apparently) and insists that he face his demons.
  Chapter four: She caresses Lucius's locks.
  Chapter eleven: Snape proposes to her at Christmas.

• Sue House: sounds like a Sparklypoo
