It really is nice. I never thought I'd bond so much with it, but wow, it's really grown on me and I can't imagine not living here now. :)

I know, it's so wonderful! Though it's all gone now, sadly. The trees are bare and we can see the neighbors' houses (and the train) again.

There's one series of fall pics, with the brief flash of color, and then we get into the grey days of early winter. :(

Nah, I've only sat in the swing maybe once. Maybe twice.

At first I just took pictures, but this year I actually went down to the pond a lot and just stood and watched the dragonflies and turtles and frogs. It became quite addictive and I started checking it out every day.

But now the frogs and turtles are hiding, and it's too sad to go down there and not see them. So I'm back to photographing only. Until next spring! squee!

And you know--I thought I'd only take one or two winter pics, because I thought it would be boring...but it's different, each and every time! So I will definitely keep taking pics through the winter. :)
