About those pesky taxes

valis2This is the first year in many where I will actually be getting a return instead of paying.
I am understandably pleased.
What happened is that for the first time I was on the ball and paid estimated taxes beforehand. So of course, the Universe laughed and said, well, this will be the one year where you didn't need to, so you'll get it all back and more. Ha! Ha! You could have used it this whole time, but it sat in an IRS account! Ha!
I'm not complaining, though, because that invites worse to sit down next to you, as Bill Cosby would say.
